Items are a central element in the fight strategy developed by the cyber-yakuza. To become the strongest cyber-yakuza, the player must get a maximum of items, upgrade them, and be able to equip them on his cyber-yakuza.
The player needs to find the BEST SETUPS to win fights and thus optimize his earnings.
There is 3 categories of items:
Other items will be released over time.
Level up items (8 levels) by combining 3 identical items. The upgrade has a probability of success.
Each item can be used to improve the cyber-yakuza chance to win fights.
There are two ways to find items:
The cyber-yakuza has a chance to racket "rob boxes" containing valuable items during his daily outdoor street missions. (see section "rob boxes").
Items can also be bought at the marketplace from other players.
Level up your cyber-yakuza to equip up to five items for fights:
As your cyber-yakuza advances in level, he will be able to equip more items in battle. In order to use higher level items, your cyber-yakuza must reach a specific level requirement.
For instance, once your cyber-yakuza reaches level 30, he will be able to unlock the use of 3 items, and these items can be up to level 5.
Using powerful items will increase the player's chance to win fights:
Bonus points for each item equipped on a cyber-yakuza: The bonus points are directly linked to one of the three attributes: Strength, Aggressivity or Instinct, and a defined number of points are added to the corresponding attribute.
Bonus points for Clan Item category: Each clan is associated with a particular item type, and the bonus points are exclusive to that clan when the corresponding item is in use :
DRAGON CLAN cyber-yakuza gets a bonus when using a WEAPON
ONI CLAN cyber-yakuza gets a bonus when using a BIOTECH
LOTUS CLAN cyber-yakuza gets a bonus when using a MARTIAL ART
Bonus points for COMBOS: A specific sequence of three items, when combined in the right order, creates a COMBO, offering the cyber-yakuza additional bonus points. Discovering these COMBOS is left to the player's discretion.
